MISSION STATEMENT:

Circle of Friends, Inc. is a nonprofit agency dedicated to strengthening the health, independence, and dignity of vulnerable community members in Beaver County and surrounding areas through collaborative, community-based programs — including senior center services and Medicaid navigation support for individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, and co-occurring conditions. We are committed to building a more just and healthy community by protecting the independence, dignity, and quality of life of those who need support most.
